Delivery and order verification
The goods will be delivered directly by the courier to the address specified at the time of the order. The customer undertakes to check the condition of the goods and to report any damage, delivery errors or discrepancies within 14 working days, by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org, communicating the order number and attaching a brief description with photo of the damage and / or product error.The Customer undertakes to activate the return procedure as soon as the defect or discrepancy is found, according to the conditions specified in the Returns section. Once the limit of 14 days has elapsed from receipt of the goods, in the absence of complaints, the shipment will be considered accepted by the Customer and Le Grand Bleu Essências LDA will no longer be responsible for defects and product differences. For any complaint, write directly to email@example.com stating the order number, invoice number, product code, description of the problem. Le Grand Bleu Essências LDA undertakes to evaluate the case.
It is possible to return the goods within 14 days of receipt by completing and sending the attached form to firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the reason for the return: right of withdrawal, defects or product discrepancies with respect to the description. The request must specify for which items the return will be requested, indicating the order details (order number, name, surname, product codes). After verifying the conditions of the return request, a return code will be sent to the customer. For returns due to non-standard or defective goods, the return shipment will be free, in fact the shipping costs will be refunded to the customer. For returns due to the right of withdrawal the shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Once the limit of 14 days has elapsed from receipt of the goods, in the absence of complaints, the shipment will be considered accepted by the Customer and Le Grand Bleu Essências LDA will no longer be responsible for defects and product discrepancies.
Le Grand Bleu Essências LDA cannot be held responsible in any way for improper use of the products. Le Grand Bleu Essências LDA cannot be called in any case to be held liable for damages to people, animals or things, or image damage, deriving from the improper use of the products purchased by the customer. Acceptance of the sales conditions
The customer finalizing the order unconditionally accepts the general conditions of sale. The general sales conditions and the contracts stipulated under the general sales conditions will be subject to Italian law.
